Forever Wild Legacy Society
A LEGACY OF SAVING WILDLIFE & WILD PLACES
John Ball Zoo (JBZ), founded in 1891, is the oldest zoo in Michigan and the 10th oldest in the nation. JBZ leads through conservation, striving to save wildlife and wild places from extinction. Through our dedication to providing exceptional animal care, immersive habitats, and transformative education, JBZ continues to be a catalyst for positive change for our planet.
The Forever Wild Legacy Society was created to honor JBZ supporters who have chosen to leave a legacy to further the mission of JBZ by making a planned gift and notifying us.
Your membership involves no fees and allows us to thank you and recognize you for your commitment to JBZ. Your generosity will inspire others. We deeply appreciate generous individuals who remember JBZ in their estate plans.
We honor Forever Wild Legacy Society members in meaningful ways:
- • Personalized welcome package with unique memento
- • Name recognition (if desired) in JBZ publications
- • Name(s) added to the Forever Wild Legacy Society wall, located at JBZ
- • Invitations to exclusive events (in-person and/or virtual)
- • Satisfaction of making a lasting contribution to the long-term success of JBZ
